Thanks to some VERY HARD WORKING volunteers, Capital City BMX now has some changes.  The 4th straight in the biggest change where there is a nice long, flowy step up into a table into the already existing double.  The 1st and 2nd turns have been reshaped and some dirt was added to lane 8 on the 1st straight and the rhythm section on the second straight.  Thanks a million to tractor driving Clay Edwards, jumps shaper ...

New entrance! The driveway for the track is 3 driveways west of the old location!

Starting on 8/10/10, Tuesday night racing at Capital City BMX will feature the UCI cadence! This will offer an opportunity for riders to start getting ready for the 2011 Season in which ALL classes will be using the random start cadence. Sample of the random cadence here: Practice Random Cadence
